We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced financial Sales Call Center Trainer / HR with an in-depth knowledge of developing and executing training methods, messaging strategies and visual aids that drive results in the sales and call center environments. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year working experience in the financial sales market field. Candidate must also be able to listen effectively and transform that learning into effective and succinct education methods in the sales ecosystem.


 

What You Will Do

  • Design quality sales training programs within budget limitations.
  • Schedule training plans on a regular and as-needed basis
  • Running the interview/recruitment process.
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs.
  • Oversee training material and suggest improvements.
  • Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations)
  • Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
  • Report on training program effectiveness
  • Create an open-communication climate and gather team members  preferences for potential training
  • Keep abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques
  • Participate and assist with onsite sales events

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in financial sales and Human Resources field.
  • Experience as a Sales training specialist or Sales training coordinator in Call Center.
  • Fluent in English language
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
  • An ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Experience with learning management software
  • Understanding of financial sales process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and engineering teams
